Sri N R Jagadeesh is a visionary par excellence. He is one of the Founder Directors of the Bank. Under his able leadership the Bank has grown to a size with turnover of more than Rs. 3698 Crores with 29 Branches across South Karnataka. His reformist zeal has helped the society at large through his active role in various institutions and activities like Educational Institutes, Free Hostel for Girls, Charitable and Religion Organizations etc., His contributions and achievements have been recognized through various awards like “Kayaka Chethana”, “Udyoga Sevarathna”, “Kayaka Rathna” and Continuous Service Award (as a FOUNDER DIRECTOR by TGMC). He is a pioneer in the Rice Bran Oil industry and his Company M/s Siddaganga Oil Extractions Limited has been awarded 4 National awards for Excellence in Rice Bran Oil Extraction.

He has travelled widely as part of study tours of Co-operative Banking System across Europe as well as across other parts of the world to gain first hand knowledge of the systems and practices there, which has helped him to implement in the Bank.

He has Awarded as "SAHAKARA RATHNA" for the Fy 2013-14
